Please read the Terms before booking:

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are to be made within 7 days of checking in. Cancellations within 7 days are entitled to a 50% refund, while cancellations within 48 hours of the bookings will receive no refund.

Example: Your booking is for 1 August 2025. 

1. If you cancel before 25 July 2025, you will receive a 100% refund.
2. If you cancel on 25 July 2025, until 30 July 2025, you will receive a 50% refund. 
3. If you cancel on or after 30 July, you will not receive a refund. 

We would like to offer you a comfortable stay and wish to bring to your attention the following House Rules: 

No smoking inside the premises

No pets are allowed

No loud music outside and no music to be played from your vehicle.  Please take your party inside as we need to respect our surrounding neigbours. No loud music after 10pm inside.

You will be responsible for any damages caused during your stay as your breakage fee will be witheld untill the damages are sorted between you and the trust. Please check the inventory in each room and inform the housemother of shortages as this cannot be rectified after your departure.

If you are found to be more than 14 people staying over in the Main House, you will be asked to leave and you will forfeit your breakage fee. Additional guest will be charged a cost at the discretion of the house mother.

In the event of using the fireplace, please clean it before you leave as R50 will be deducted from your breakage fee for the cleaning of it.

No day visitors allowed unless arranged with housemother in advance. It will be an aditional cost per person.

Please ensure that you do not move any furniture or moveable items that forms part of the furniture outside as it is against our policy and breakage fee will be witheld. Please do not move any items from the garden and please advise the children not to play with any of the bicycles/ornaments in the garden.
